Gyakie continues her father’s legacy, 80’s highlife music legend Ernest ‘Owoahene’ Nana Acheampong, who comes from a family of musicians, but has now come into her own as a singer and songwriter.
Gyakie’s music is a fine blend of contemporary sounds and classic highlife, influenced by her early exposure to her father’s music.
